OpusTel® is a product of Telephoenix AG in Emmetten, Canton of Nidwalden, Switzerland. Telephoenix was founded in 2007 and specializes in Internet telephony with international landline numbers. The company is privately owned by more than 70 shareholders. With the OpusTel® app, your existing landline number can be ported to your iPhone or Android smartphone seamlessly and without interruption. If needed, a new landline number for your cell phone can be selected and used within a maximum of 24 hours. You may use the additional number with 3 devices concurrently.

Currently we are seeking additional shareholders, who are willing to purchase Telephoenix AG shares for 3,100 Swiss francs per share. One share represents one-thousandth of the company. Up to 200 shares (20%) are available for purchase.

Urs Loeliger has many years' experience in the field of information systems, data communication, and security. He worked for seven years at Hewlett Packard (hp). For 22 years his company Brainstorm AG has provided training for more than 3,000 engineers in the Internet business in Switzerland. For seven years Urs Loeliger has been the CEO of Telephoenix AG.
